Shipping & Delivery

 

Order Processing Time:

Processing time is 1-2 days from receipt of payment. Please note all estimated shipping times are from date of dispatch, not date of order.

Letter Post (Envelopes/DVD boxes):

Items that are under 500g and less than 20mm thick can be sent as a large letter. This is the cheapest available shipping method but it does not include tracking or insurance. We are unable to replace/refund letters lost by Australia Post, so please choose the parcel option if you would like tracking/insurance.

Letters under 125g are $2.20 regular post (3-6 days) or $2.70 priority post (1-4 days)
Letters under 250g are $3.20 regular post (3-6 days) or $3.70 priority post (1-4 days)
Letters under 500g are $5.20 regular post (3-6 days) or $5.70 priority post (1-4 days)

Regular and Express Parcels:

We offer flat rate shipping costs based on weight.

Small satchels are $7.65 for regular post, $9.75 for Express
Medium satchels are $12.35 for regular post, $13.95 for Express
Large satchels are $15.65 for regular post, $21.95 for Express

Approximate delivery times are 5-10 days for regular parcels, 1-3 days for express parcels.

International Shipping:

We ship worldwide. If your country does not appear on the dropdown menu during checkout please contact us to have it added.

We accept payment by credit card (Mastercard & Visa), Paypal and Bank Transfer

Returns & Replacements

Faulty Items:

Any items that are faulty will be replaced (if still in stock) or refunded. Please let us know if you have received a faulty item within 5 days of delivery BEFORE sending the item back. As per Australian Consumer Law, it’s the buyer’s responsibility to pay postage when returning goods. However, if an item is proven to be faulty we will refund postage upon receipt of returned goods.

Change of mind:

We will refund if you have changed your mind for certain items under the following conditions:
- You notify us within 5 days of delivery of your intent to return (prior to sending anything back)
- Goods are received intact, in re-sellable condition
- Any packaged goods must be un-opened
- Fabric must be returned exactly as supplied, un-washed and un-cut - Return postage is paid at your expense

Clearance items cannot be returned. Patterns cannot be returned or exchanged due to copyright laws. Fabric will be refunded less a 10% processing fee, as once it is has been cut to size for your order it becomes a remnant and we may not be able to re-sell it at full price.
